Well... I think some of these things are debatable in terms of legality..

Anyway, do you think we should have pinned topics for each kind of file (like a pinned topic for music, another one for ROMs, another one for anime, etc.) and people post links to different things, and, if the link is good, it's added to the first post by a mod?

OR, do you think it should just be a bunch of scattered topics throughout with links, etc.?

Also, back on Venom Forums, we had this open only to members with 20+ posts (when a member joined, they weren't in the Member class yet - they were a Newbie or something. When they got 20 posts, they were put in the Member class and were able to view it). It'd be complicated, but, y'know, whatever works.
